Sakamoto Ryoma lived in an age of great change for Japan as the age-old Edo period came to an end with the Meiji Restoration. Sakamoto Ryoma has today come under the spotlight again as an inspiration for living through great change. Our Ryoma T-shirts feature a Ryoma theme that, when worn, will inspire people to come out on top of the vicissitudes of the times . In order to protect the forests of Kochi Prefecture, Sakamoto Ryoma’s homeland, a portion of sale proceeds will be donated to More Trees, a global initiative to promote tree planting.
