What can we do for children who don't have the opportunity to receive an education? You may think that we can do very little for children who live in places unknown to us. But that is actually not true. By just wearing one T-shirt, you can change the futures of children in developing countries. The T-shirt project is a project that aims to build schools for children in developing countries using profits from the sale of original T-shirts that express our passionate feelings. Room to Read cooperates with local NGOs and local village people to establish essential educational facilities such as schools and libraries in developing countries in Asia and Africa. Furthermore, it offers opportunities for education in various ways, for example by donating books in the local language and in English, etc., and by offering scholarships to allow young girls to go to school.
